"Several parts of my motorcycle were stolen while it was parked in my condominium parking. I asked my motorcycle insurance agent, from whom I bought insurance for the past 4 years, whether I can make a claim to replace the stolen parts, to which I was told I cannot. So, to start with, without the help from Kathy, I will have end up with nothing. Kathy happened to be the insurance consultant for my condo and I found out from her that I can actually claim from my bike insurance. With the help of Kathy I managed to submit a claim even though I have replaced the stolen parts at my own cost. When the offer letter came back, the amount was way off from my own repair cost. Again, Kathy advised and helped to make an appeal with the insurer. Finally when the revised offer came back, it was still off from my own repair cost. However, with Kathy’s help, I got a detailed explanation from the insurer on how they came up with the revised offer. In addition, Kathy kind of provided a second opinion, which is very re assuring and removed all doubts that I had. I can gladly say that from nothing to begin with, I managed to get an acceptable settlement amount from my insurer, all because of Kathy’s professional assistance."
